Sync Sticky Notes ("the App") is developed and published by Okobbe LLC, operating under the developer identity KobbeDevTech. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All note content is stored locally on your device using macOS system storage (UserDefaults). We do not operate any servers that receive your data.
When you enable iCloud sync, the App communicates directly with Apple Notes on your Mac via AppleScript. Note content is synced through Apple's own iCloud infrastructure — not through any third-party servers. Okobbe LLC does not have access to your Apple Notes data at any point in this process.
The App does not include any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, advertising SDKs, or any other mechanism for monitoring your usage. We do not collect crash reports, usage statistics, or behavioral data.
Subscription and purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's App Store infrastructure. Okobbe LLC does not process, store, or have access to any payment information, credit card details, or billing data.
All data created within the App (notes, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your Mac. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your note content is additionally stored in Apple Notes, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy and iCloud terms of service.
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs beyond Apple's own frameworks (StoreKit for purchases, AppleScript for Notes integration).
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
