Privacy Policy
Overview
Ops Portal ("the App") is developed and published by Okobbe LLC, operating under the developer identity okobbe. Ops Portal is a business operations app: one neutral app that connects to your company's private workspace after you enter your organization's workspace domain and sign in with an account your employer provides. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
Organization-Managed Accounts
There is no self-signup in Ops Portal. Accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator, and everything you do in the App happens inside your organization's workspace. Your employment relationship with that organization, not Okobbe LLC, governs the account itself. To deactivate your account or request deletion of your data, contact your workspace administrator, or email us at [email protected] and we will route the request to the right place.
Data the App Handles
The App collects and transmits only what is needed to run your organization's workspace:
Account identity (your name, work email, and role, as provisioned by your administrator); operational content you create in the course of work (work orders, checklists, notes, messages, schedules, time records, and photos or videos you attach); and technical/session data needed to keep you signed in securely (a session token stored on your device, and a push notification token if you enable notifications). All of it is tied to your organization's workspace and visible only under that organization's access rules.
Camera and Photos
The App uses the camera only when you invoke it, to scan barcodes and VINs or to attach photos to operational records such as work orders. Images you capture are uploaded to your organization's workspace storage and are never used for any other purpose.
No Ads, No Tracking, No Sale of Data
The App contains no advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. Your data is never sold, never shared for marketing, and never used to train AI models.
Where Data Lives
Workspace data is stored on infrastructure operated for your organization's deployment, with attachments held in private cloud object storage. Data travels between the App and your workspace exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). A small amount of data is cached on your device so the App opens quickly, including your workspace binding and its branding; deleting the App removes it.
Security
Access to your workspace requires your organization-issued credentials, with optional two-factor authentication enforced by your organization's policy. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity, and role-based permissions limit what each account can see and do.
Data Retention and Deletion
Operational records belong to your organization and are retained under its policies. When your administrator deactivates your account, your credentials stop working immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time through your administrator or by contacting [email protected].
Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple's frameworks on-device and on the infrastructure providers that host your organization's workspace (server hosting, content delivery, and private object storage for attachments). These providers act solely as processors for your organization's data; none of them receive data for their own use.
Children's Privacy
Ops Portal is a workplace tool provisioned by employers and is not directed at children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
